The Eye

This impressive piece of modern art simply titled “Eye” measures 30 feet in diameter and resides on the grounds of The Joule Hotel. The piece, modeled after artist Tony Tasset’s own eye, first opened in Chicago in 2010 before setting its sight on Dallas in 2013. The statue is constructed from fiberglass, resin, and steel with details done in oil paint.
Pioneer Plaza Cattle Drive

On display at the Baylor University Medical Center, the Adrian E. Flatt Hand Collection features over one 100 bronze casts of famous hands. From Andre the Giant to Walt Disney, you can find tons of hands immortalized by the orthopedic surgeon Adrian Flatt during the 1950s and 60s.
Flatt’s castings are renowned for their life-like detail, and his subjects include former patients, astronauts, and athletes.
